Dogs are leaving

Apparently Jon and Kate Gosselin can’t get their shit together and now they are having to get rid of their sweet German Shepherds. WTF! I hate it when people who can’t take care of animals adopt them and then have to give them back up. If you can’t handle it in the long run, don’t get a fucking dog. Fuck you, Gosselins. Don’t get any other pets. You don’t deserve them. I don’t care if you have 8 kids and are getting a divorce. Get a dog walker. You can afford it, assholes.

More to Love Proposal

Apparently that reality show with the overweight women and the overweight man is over. The dude, Luke, proposed to one of the girls, Tali. Congrats to them. I’m glad I didn’t watch the rest of the season. I can’t handle people crying over being fat.

Gossip Girl Premiere

Last night I finally watched the Gossip Girl season 3 premiere. I don’t know what I think about it.

Here’s a run down of the stuff we got to view:

• Jenny and Eric are still buddy buddy and they are covering for Serena. Jenny also seems to love the rich life.
• Dan is also living the rich life and riding around in a limo and wearing expensive clothing.
• Serena is living it up in Europe and her family is covering for her because she said that she was in an Ashram… What an idiot. Of course, we have to watch her make a fool of herself over and over throughout the entire episode. It’s annoying and she’s the most lame character on earth.
• Chuck and Blair are still together but they are playing games… games where Chuck pretends to pick up ladies and bring them home but then Blair finds them and busts them. Then the couple get it on as if it’s some kind of crazy fun game. Weird.
• Serena is followed by the papparazzi and we have to watch it all happen.
• Serena makes Blair doubt herself and Blair goes all weird on Chuck.
• Chuck still loves Blair even if they don’t play their games.
• Nate is hooking up with the enemy (Some other rich family’s estranged daughter.)
• Lily is taking care of her mother (who is very ill) – aka maternity leave
• Rufus is trying to hold the family together
• Rufus and Lily’s long lost son (who they believe is dead) is really hooking up with Vanessa. She thinks he’s just another guy but he has ulterior motives.
• Vanessa and Dan have a sort of falling out.

Ok… so that was basically the episode but not in that particular order. I wasn’t really impressed with it and I don’t think other people were either because apparently the viewership on this show went down 35% of so from last season! I guess nobody cares what happens to these rich bitch kids once they go to college. Don’t they know that everyone starts from scratch in college and nobody cares if you are rich?!? Or something like that…

Next week, we’ll get to see the kiddies go off to college. Excited? I’m not.

There are a whole lot of new shows coming out this fall but I LOVE my oldies but goodies so I don’t think I’ll be picking up too many new shows. I also hope that I’ll have a new job that will give me less freedom to watch TV during the day so I won’t be able to update as much from my desk at work. This makes me extremely happy as I think I’ll enjoy TV a lot more when I’m watching it from the comfort of my couch.

I am also dropping a few shows because they either started to suck, are in conflict with one of my other shows, or are just not that interesting and I was watching them to waste time and I no longer want to waste that time. Some of those shows are… 90210, CSI: Las Vegas, Life, Southland, The Listener, and maybe Ugly Betty… I’m still undecided on that one. I’ll be sure to keep everyone posted on the awesome premieres of my shows! Get excited! Fall is coming!

2009 Daytime Emmys

I guess I should post something about the Daytime Emmys… First, I thought the red carpet show was boring. That Lara woman they had doing it was incredibly annoying and her dress was ugly. I also thought that they didn’t do very interesting interviews. Why didn’t we get to talk to anyone who actually won before the show? They even showed the woman who plays Mary Jane Benson with her stuffed Kitty but they never bothered to interview her. WTF! Why not!?

Other than that, the show was pretty boring. Darin Brooks won in his category so I was happy… Susan Haskell won best lead actress (and she deserved it!) and I LOVED her acceptance speech. It’s nice to see someone actually get emotional and care about winning. I also loved Christian LeBlanc as usual. Everything else was pretty boring. It wasn’t too exciting.
