I had surgery on Tuesday and I’m recovering so I hope to be blogging again soon about TV and all that other fun stuff! Taking it easy for now! Peace.

Funny search

I know I haven’t posted in forever but work has been crazy and I barely even have time to watch TV! I just wanted to say that someone found my blog by searching for “messy pudding fight”. Very interesting…

Since nobody seems to really be following me too much anymore and I’m incredibly busy, I’m thinking about getting rid of the blog. What do you folks out there think? Is there even anyone who reads my stuff?

I’ll post a few thoughts on some shows and we’ll see how it goes. Read on!

No more time!!

As I’ve mentioned, I have a new job and this new job is not a desk job… this means that I have NO time to get online anymore and blog because I’m at work all day, then I get home, make dinner, spend time with the family and am so tired that I just go to sleep after watching some TV. I don’t know when I’ll get organized enough to post about TV but if you really want to read about my innermost thoughts and delusions, check out my other blog: twolosers.wordpress.com.

The Beautiful Life Premiere

I was going to start a whole category for this show… but after 2 episodes it has already been canceled. I guess it sucked!

I kinda liked the beautiful people strutting around in a house together and not eating, etc, etc…. but it didn’t survive. Sad story. I think this might have been the first new show to get the axe this season. Let’s see if anything else gets an axe soon. Most likely, the sitcoms will go first because they are so ridiculously silly and not funny. That’s why I don’t watch any of them.

Premieres!

I’m sorry I haven’t posted in so long but I’ve just started a new job (yay!) and I’m no longer sitting in front of a computer all day! Isn’t life grand!? I haven’t watched too many premieres yet because of this new job and because my husband has been out of town and we watch most shows together… Tomorrow is my day off so watch out for a lovely post on Heroes and Grey’s Anatomy. I swear, I will do it!

I have been waiting a LONG summer for the season premieres to start… I thought since tomorrow is the first day of September this is a good time to post the times and dates of my shows’ premieres. Get excited. I can’t wait for TV to restart. Summer TV blows.

There are a whole lot of new shows coming out this fall but I LOVE my oldies but goodies so I don’t think I’ll be picking up too many new shows. I also hope that I’ll have a new job that will give me less freedom to watch TV during the day so I won’t be able to update as much from my desk at work. This makes me extremely happy as I think I’ll enjoy TV a lot more when I’m watching it from the comfort of my couch.

I am also dropping a few shows because they either started to suck, are in conflict with one of my other shows, or are just not that interesting and I was watching them to waste time and I no longer want to waste that time. Some of those shows are… 90210, CSI: Las Vegas, Life, Southland, The Listener, and maybe Ugly Betty… I’m still undecided on that one. I’ll be sure to keep everyone posted on the awesome premieres of my shows! Get excited! Fall is coming!

2009 Daytime Emmys

I guess I should post something about the Daytime Emmys… First, I thought the red carpet show was boring. That Lara woman they had doing it was incredibly annoying and her dress was ugly. I also thought that they didn’t do very interesting interviews. Why didn’t we get to talk to anyone who actually won before the show? They even showed the woman who plays Mary Jane Benson with her stuffed Kitty but they never bothered to interview her. WTF! Why not!?

Other than that, the show was pretty boring. Darin Brooks won in his category so I was happy… Susan Haskell won best lead actress (and she deserved it!) and I LOVED her acceptance speech. It’s nice to see someone actually get emotional and care about winning. I also loved Christian LeBlanc as usual. Everything else was pretty boring. It wasn’t too exciting.

Argh… summer is dragging on… I’m getting pretty anxious to watch some real TV instead of this summertime bullshit that we’ve got going on right now. Just thought I would post that I want real TV.

Good news though! Top Chef starts up on Wednesday! Huzzah!
