House romance

I see that 13 has finally agreed to get treatment for her Huntington’s… Is this the beginning of the romance that was speculated between her and Foreman??

Also, apparently next week’s episode is a lot about House and Cuddy sharing an office… which of course means flirting and fights. Woohoo!

Cameron and Chase are also highlighted in the upcoming episode when a case revolves around one of Cameron’s former patients.

Addison FORBES MONTGOMERY

So… We got to meet Addison’s brother, Archer, on this episode of Private Practice. I’m not sure I liked him. He was a snotty brat who didn’t like the SWAT boy. I totally loved it when Addison ran to Kevin when he was shot and begged him not to give up.

Who knew that Addison was uber loaded like that? Who knew? I didn’t know! I guess they are trying to give Addison some depth by having her be some crazy millionaire or something. Whatev. I can’t decide if I like it or not. I hope that she and Kevin stay together just because it’s not a pair made in heaven. Good for them.

What I didn’t like about the episode is the child molester thing they had going. Ew. I didn’t even want to think about it. I’m glad Dell was pissed. I’m glad Violet turned him in… but it was just weird.  And I think it was unnecessary. That’s just me.

Here’s the promo for next week’s episode. Also, please note (I’m being polite) that they are moving to Thursday night!!! Private Practice must be doing great to be moving to Thursday nights after Grey’s Anatomy! Go them!

Oh yeah… Anyone else think that Addison seeing Charlotte in a room like that means that Charlotte is preggers with Dr. Hairy’s baby?

Trying something new

I removed my category for Jon and Kate plus 8. I’ve decided that they are all under “random” now in order to see if it changes my numbers (of visitors). I don’t really post about them much anyway so it’s cool with me. I hope the hype around that show dies down soon.

The Bachelor Promo

Pardon the weird slow motion crap after the promo. I have no idea what that’s all about.

Heroes?

I don’t have much to say about this past week’s Heroes episode… but I did point out to my hubby that I thought it looked hilarious when the “heroes” were all trying to use their powers and ended up looking like idiots. I laughed because we (the viewers) accept the weird things they do (i.e. putting out a hand in front of you to put out electricity or using a finger movement to fling people into walls, etc) simply because there are special effects. I cracked up because the actors must sometimes feel completely ridiculous making those strange movements without seeing the special effects until later.

So there you have it. Heroes cracked me up this week. I loved watching them all be silly powerless babies.

I also went from liking Elle and Sylar to thinking that it was so weird twisted love affair that I’m not digging. Didn’t Papa Petrelli have a drawing of them kissing? Why didn’t we see that? Why did we see Elle acting like a huge biatch instead? I thought she was trying to make Sylar more human? Why is she suddenly turning him back into a monster? I’m confused.

Nicole Walker… WOW!

I think that the scenes this past week with Nicole losing her baby were pretty good. I think Arianne Zucker did an amazing job turning on the waterworks for her scenes and she really looked like she was distraught. Good job. I did think that the contraction pains were a bit much but I wouldn’t know what they feel like so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt that women look like that when they are in labor.

I’m not especially looking forward to Nicole pretending she didn’t lose the baby. Does she really think that EJ will leave her once she loses the baby? He said he loves her… if he leaves her, he’s just a huge douchebag. I will, however, say that EJ has been acting very weirdly lately. I think the bad hair is what’s getting in the way. He needs a trim. Hair department to James Scott’s dressing room!!!

Stuff I don’t like:

• Stephanie went from being a stupid little college sorority girl to suddenly being a corporate type. WTF? They suddenly want us to believe that she dresses conservatively like that instead of the skank that she has been??
• Max and Chelsea. Vomit. What is up with the new pairings of all the 20 y/os and 30 y/os?
• Dr. Pervert. I FF through all his scenes because he makes me sick. He’s a horrible actor and only has one facial expression. It drives me nuts. It also doesn’t help that I don’t really like Kate and find her boring as hell. She also has the one facial expression problem.
• Hilda passing out from cough meds. Seriously? Why would anyone in their right mind drink half a bottle of cold medicine and think that they’ll be ok? It’s silly and any cop in their right mind wouldn’t have done that. Why do TIIC insist on making cops look stupid?
• Hope. That’s all. She’s annoying.
• Sami going to the convent. Please do not give up the baby… You know that Nicole will adopt it and pretend that it’s her baby… and then you KNOW that when EJ has a paternity test that it’ll end up being his because it IS his baby… Please don’t do it.

Stuff I like:

• Brady and Nicole. I didn’t like it when I first saw them together but he totally still has a thing for her and I like it. I think the character needs some pepping up and Nicole is just the girl to do it.
• John and Marlena. Marlena is a bit obnoxious with her forcing of John to see a therapist but I love the new John. He’s really dry and sarcastic and I like it! I wish they weren’t fired. Screw you TPTB!!
• Kayla and Steve. Why don’t we see them more? Do they really think that one scene in an entire week is enough to make the fans happy? I love them together. I also love them on my screen.
• Philip. Hot. Love him.
• Melanie the sassy biatch. I didn’t especially like the character at first but she’s kinda growing on me. The actress doesn’t have too many acting skills and could use some classes but I thought the cat fight in the pub was pretty funny.
• Rafe. Hotness. Love him too.

Bree Brennan

I was watching OLTL the other day and they showed Jessica saying goodbye to Bree and Chloe (I’m not sure I like that name yet). Anyway, the actress playing Bree normally has a pretty vacant look on her face and she did during her scenes… but I was looking at the pictures I posted below of Natalie and Jared taking care of the Brennan kids and noticed that Bree has been SORASed HARDCORE!! She looks like he’s suddenly 4 years old or something! It’s pretty crazy! I think the new little girl is absolutely adorable but seriously!! Can’t they at least try and make it realistic?
